Our commitment
Naver Quinto aims to provide a website that is perceivable, operable, understandable and robust. Our design and content decisions are informed by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, although this statement is not a claim of formal third-party certification.
Accessibility is an ongoing practice. We review new pages, recurring components and reported issues, and we prioritise fixes that block access to essential information.
Accessibility features
- Semantic headings, landmarks, lists and native disclosure elements support structured navigation.
- Navigation, filters, age acknowledgement and FAQ controls can be operated without a mouse.
- Visible focus styles use the browser’s focus indicator and are not intentionally removed.
- Text and controls are designed for clear contrast and responsive enlargement.
- Meaningful images include text alternatives; decorative effects do not carry essential information.
- Content remains available when animation is reduced, and the site respects the reduced-motion preference.
- Pages adapt across narrow mobile displays and larger desktop screens without requiring a separate mobile site.
- Print styles remove navigation and improve document readability.
Supported use
The website is built with standard HTML, CSS and JavaScript and is intended to work in current versions of major browsers. It should remain readable with styles partially unavailable, and most informational content remains accessible when JavaScript is disabled.
The age acknowledgement, hotel filters, mobile menu behaviour and scroll effects use JavaScript. If scripts or session storage are blocked, the underlying hotel and legal content remains in the page, though the acknowledgement may not be remembered.
Known limitations
External sites linked from Naver Quinto are outside our control and may not meet the same accessibility standard. Email links depend on the mail application and settings on your device. Very old browsers may not support every visual effect, but the core content should remain understandable.
We do not currently provide every page in alternative formats or languages. If a format prevents you from accessing information, contact us and describe the page and format you need.
Accessibility feedback
Email hello@naverquinto.com with the subject “Accessibility feedback”. Helpful details include the page address, the task you were attempting, the browser or assistive technology used, and what happened. Do not include unrelated sensitive personal information.
We review reported barriers and will provide a reasonable response or accessible alternative where practicable.
Accessibility at listed hotels
This statement covers naverquinto.com, not the physical accessibility of a hotel, restaurant, theatre, spa, pool or casino. Before travel, contact the property directly about step-free routes, accessible rooms, pool access, hearing support, dietary needs, service animals, mobility equipment and accessible transport. Ask for confirmation specific to the date and facilities you plan to use.
